Cancellation and Appointment Policy

To ensure we can offer appointments to all patients efficiently, we operate the following policy:

• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) with no notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances we may use discretion, but repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future appointments requiring full pre-payment or a review of your booking privileges.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it, and the standard cancellation policy may apply.

Refunds

Any refund due will be processed back to your original payment method via Jane App, usually within 5–7 working days.
