Terms and conditions

(including general booking and treatment terms)

1. Bookings
All appointments are booked via the Jane App or by contacting the clinic. By booking you agree to these terms.

2. Treatment

All podiatry treatments are provided by qualified, HCPC-registered practitioners. We will explain the proposed treatment and obtain your consent before proceeding. You may refuse or stop treatment at any time.

3. Payments

Fees are payable at the time of treatment or as directed via Jane App. We accept payments through the secure Jane App system.

4. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy (above).

5. Health and Safety

You must inform us of any  medical conditions, allergies, or changes in your health before treatment.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided.

7. Complaints

Any complaints should be raised with us as soon as possible so we can resolve them. We aim to respond within 10 working days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Foot Clinic NI – Patient Consent for Data Processing

I understand that Foot Clinic NI will collect and process my personal and health information to provide podiatry care. This includes sharing limited information with the Jane App for booking purposes and with other healthcare professionals where necessary for my treatment.

I have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of my data as described. I understand I can withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time by contacting the clinic.
